The 18-year-old left-back, who joined the Asian tour after renewing until 2028, has been following a personalised plan to build muscle mass. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Marc Bernal worked on his physical robustness during his recovery from a serious injury, with visible results.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Dro will follow a specific plan designed not only to optimise his physical attributes but also to minimise the risk of muscle problems.<\/p>\n<p>The youngster is highly rated by Hansi Flick, who sees him as ready to start making the leap to regular first-team football.
