Manchester Blvd. in Inglewood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In<a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/neighborhood\/inglewood\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Inglewood<\/a>, vertical construction is complete for a new mixed-use apartment complex from Texas-based developer <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/tags\/jpi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">JPI <\/a>just south of the K Line.<\/p>\n<p>The Jefferson Inglewood development, which replaced a car wash at<a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/tags\/939-w-manchester-boulevard\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> 939 W. Manchester Boulevard<\/a>, consists of an eight-story building that will feature 222 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with 3,500 square feet of retail space and a three-level parking garage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-and-caption\">\n<a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/1140w\/public\/2025-08\/Photo%20Jul%2021%202025%2C%203%2012%2029%20PM%20%281%29.jpg?itok=4EH-zeJB\" rel=\"article-image-set nofollow LA<\/p>\n<p>Project approvals will require that 11 apartments be set aside for rent as affordable housing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/tags\/tca-architects\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">TCA Architects<\/a> is designing the contemporary podium-type building, which will include a pool, a clubroom, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck.<\/p>\n<p expected to begin in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>JPI is developing <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/metro-adjacent-apartments-rising-205-w-duarte-road-monrovia\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">similar multifamily residential developments next to the A Line in Monrovia<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/jpi-begins-demolition-mixed-use-project-downtown-long-beach\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Long Beach.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Follow us on social
