New York’s first zero proof festival,\u00a0Drinks with Benefits<\/a>, is\u00a0coming to The Altman Building on Saturday, September 27. Over 50 of the finest non-alcoholic brands will be partaking in the Tasting Gallery, a curated corridor of discovery that invites you to\u00a0sip, savor and explore. Guests can sample the best elixirs and bubbly spirits in the alternative drinking world while connecting with the innovators who are shaping the future of beverage culture.<\/p>\n

The one-day event will also be hosting a mixology lab as well, demoing next-level zero-proof cocktail making next to guided tasting flights. Participants can learn how to make their own mocktails at home alongside experts and top brands like Fluere, The Alchemist’s Kitchen, The Pathfinder and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But\u00a0this\u00a0festival goes way beyond just beverages\u2014the Drinks with Benefits food hall will host three omakase style\u00a0courses curated by top\u00a0chefs\u00a0from Spring Cafe Aspen, The Butcher’s Daughter,<\/a> Adoro Lei<\/a> and Seatopia. And don’t miss the\u00a0Cipriani Cafe as their chefs will be serving up complimentary pasta tastings, paired\u00a0with their original boozy-free Bellini mocktail, Bellini Zero.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There will also be a Drink Rhythms Lounge\u2014a bohemian-inspired space where curated non-alcoholic\u00a0pours meet all-day DJ sets. Come for the drinks and stay to hear sets from DJ Maku, DJ Bellatrix, DJCCNY, Donna Francesca and Mona Matsuoka. Or head down\u00a0to the lower-level beer garden\u00a0for live DJ sets fueled by alcohol-free beers and hemp beverages.
