Dallas Opportunity Partners, a family office investment group investing in the growth of critical infrastructure in America, has acquired B&S Aircraft Alloys, a global distributor of high-performance metal alloys serving critical industries such as aerospace, defense, and energy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThis acquisition fits our portfolio and the mission of Dallas Opportunity Partners to align family office investors in the state of Texas with strategic investments that capitalize on the strategic initiatives of the United States,\u201d said Derek Wilson, managing partner of Dallas Opportunity Partners. \u201cB&S Aircraft Alloys provides critical resources to numerous aerospace and aircraft manufacturers in the USA and is a key supplier to the domestic defense community. Texas Family Investors are looking for key industries that support USA Defense Initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

Syosset, New York-based B&S Aircraft Alloys provides high-performance metals for advanced aerospace and defense applications.<\/p>\n

Dallas Opportunity Partners was founded by three entrepreneurs turned family office investors\u2014Calvin Carter, Wilson, and Bob Bennett. As Dallas Innovates wrote in March<\/a>, their operator-led investment platform is designed for flexible access to North Texas deals.<\/p>\n

B&S has more than 25 years of operational experience and longstanding relationships with major aerospace and aircraft companies, including Boeing, NASA, General Electric, and Lockheed Martin. It\u2019s a trusted domestic supplier of hard-to-source, high-temperature alloys including titanium, nickel, and aluminum, Dallas Opportunity Partners said.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s value-added services, including heat treatments, bar cutting, and certification, make it \u201can indispensable link\u201d in the aerospace and defense materials supply chain, the Dallas firm added.<\/p>\n

\u201cB&S Aircraft Alloys is a rare gem\u2014trusted, agile, and U.S.-based,\u201d Bennett said. \u201cAs demand increases for American-made, defense-ready materials, this acquisition positions us at the center of a resurgent industrial base. Its capacity to deliver domestic, tariff-free, and certified materials will further enhance the USA\u2019s role as a hub of advanced manufacturing and innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The company will continue to operate under its established name and management, Dallas Opportunity Partners said, but will begin immediate modernization to B&S Aircraft Alloys\u2019 digital infrastructure and scale its sales footprint across strategic aerospace markets to meet market demands.<\/p>\n
