Imagine the view from under the launch pad.<\/p>\n<p>SpaceX&#8217;s 403-foot-tall Starship system <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksl.com\/article\/51366173\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">lifted off<\/a> from southern Texas last week.<\/p>\n<p>Widely seen footage showed the blastoff from a distance, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wS_8WOQJUu8\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">another video<\/a> provides a fiery view from a camera on the launch mount under the rocket thrusters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ksl-article-content\">\n<p>Commenters seemed impressed, calling it &#8220;really cool footage from below&#8221; and pointing out that the camera view is arguably as amazing as the launch itself.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m not sure which is more mind-blowing, the rocket or the camera that can record that up-close without any damage,&#8221; one commenter mused.<\/p>\n<p>Once in space, Starship successfully deployed its first batch of eight mock Starlink satellites.
