STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. \u2014 City officials said Tuesday that they\u2019ll take down a series of fake street signs that have popped up around the Island from imprecise origins.<\/p>\n

A Department of Transportation spokesperson said the agency would be taking down the illegal street signs that look like a yellow traffic sign with a red beret in the middle.<\/p>\n
