The \u201cGossip Girl\u201d alum\u2019s wife has given birth<\/a> to twin boys. Badgley announced the happy news via Instagram<\/a> Wednesday.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m interrupting my paternity leave, which I\u2019m on by the way, which is also I\u2019m whispering. There\u2019s tiny little baby feet right there,\u201d Badgley, 38, said. \u201cI don\u2019t want to wake them up.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cYou\u201d star made the announcement as he promoted an upcoming live event for his podcast and new book \u201cCrushmore\u201d on Oct. 14.<\/p>\n Penn Badgley and Domino Kirke\u2019s family just got bigger.
