In the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Georgia resident @jennieross31 shares her backyard with a number of wild animals. However, none of them are as adorable (or as intimidating) as black bears<\/a>. These formidable predators can run fast, climb trees, and even break into cars, but they’re also as cute as can be.<\/p>\n

On September 1, Jennie shared her very first TikTok video of a busy mama bear <\/a>with four chaotic cubs in tow. You don’t need to be a parent to see just how tricky it is to keep them all in line! The poor mama barely stood still long enough for Jennie to get a video, but everyone could appreciate and relate to her universal struggle.<\/p>\n

The bear family’s parade<\/a> up the stairs was too cute for words! They were lined up so perfectly that it nearly looked orchestrated, but that just goes to show how connected moms and their babies are. There isn’t anywehre they can go that she won’t follow!<\/p>\n

“I know she runs a tight ship,” one commenter said about the black bear mom<\/a>. She has to in order to keep track of all those cubs! Even so, the curious cubs still manage to scamper off every now and then.<\/p>\n

If four cubs seem like a lot to handle, that’s because it is! Everyone can sympathize with this hardworking mom, but plenty of viewers are also jealous of Jennie for seeing this rare sight in her own backyard.<\/p>\n

One person wrote, “You are rich because you’ve seen this with your own eyes! I\u2019m also the first in my bloodline to see four bear cubs<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

But how rare is it to see four bear cubs, exactly?<\/p>\n

How Many Cubs In a Litter?<\/p>\n

Most black bears in North America have two cubs per litter, though having one or three is not unheard of. Four, however, is much more uncommon. The largest black bear litter<\/a> ever recorded had six cubs!<\/p>\n

This busy mom has her paws full enough with her four babies, but the Blue Ridge Mountains are one of the best places for bear families to be. It will be so exciting to see them thrive, and I’ll keep my fingers crossed that Jennie gets more videos of them for her viewers to enjoy!<\/p>\n
