Parking technology platform JustPark has moved its headquarters to The Centrum in Dallas\u2019s Oak Lawn neighborhood, marking what the company called an important step in the company\u2019s U.S. expansion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company, formerly known as ParkHub, said the new 12,499 square-foot space will be home to JustPark\u2019s 60-plus Dallas-based employees and will provide room for continued growth following several recent acquisitions, which include parking management software company Oobeo.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThis new space is an investment in our people and our future,\u201d Lane Conner, chief payment and logistics officer for JustPark, said in a statement. Conner also oversees the management of the Dallas office.<\/p>\n

\u201cDallas is a city full of energy and talent, and we\u2019re proud to have our headquarters here,\u201d Conner added. \u201cThe Centrum offers the right mix of accessibility, amenities, and vibrancy to support our culture and growth. With this move, we\u2019re creating a better home for our team while positioning ourselves to scale in the years ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n

International growth<\/p>\n

JustPark has also grown internationally in recent years, highlighted by its 2024 acquisition of U.K.-based JustPark<\/a>. The U.S. company adopted the JustPark name<\/a> in April, putting the combined companies under a single identity.<\/p>\n

Last month, JustPark announced the acquisition of Oobeo<\/a>, a startup specializing in valet and permit management software. The move was part of a North American growth strategy and integrated Oobeo\u2019s mobile-first tech into JustPark\u2019s platform, with Oobeo\u2019s CEO joining JustPark to scale U.S. operations.<\/p>\n

\u2018A strong foundation in Dallas\u2019<\/p>\n

JustPark said its HQ relocation reflects its commitment to building a strong foundation in Dallas, where its headquarters will remain.<\/p>\n

The company said that in addition to a convenient location, The Centrum was recently renovated and features state-of-the-art amenities, including a full gym, on-site dining, outdoor courtyard space, and a tenant lounge. Entos Design led the design of the new office, while brokerage partners JLL and Cushman & Wakefield helped to secure the move.<\/p>\n

Along with Dallas, JustPark also has a number of employees based in Philadelphia and New York City, as well as at JustPark\u2019s U.K. headquarters in London.<\/p>\n

JustPark said it powers more than $1 billion in booking volume for more than 500 customers in the United States, parking more than 40 million cars each year. In the UK, more than 14 million drivers use the JustPark app to reserve parking, the company said.<\/p>\n
