Through Can Blitz, Houstonians can exchange damaged containers or obtain a first-time bin for a new home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cUntil I appointed a new director in Solid Waste, we had no idea of the magnitude of the challenges people faced to get a new container.
