{"id":203243,"date":"2025-09-05T20:55:23","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T20:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/203243\/"},"modified":"2025-09-05T20:55:23","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T20:55:23","slug":"palmieri-cafe-serves-italian-coffee-pastries-in-plano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/203243\/","title":{"rendered":"Palmieri Cafe serves Italian coffee, pastries in Plano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.palmiericafe.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Palmieri Cafe<\/a> recently opened in Plano, Owner Corrado Palmieri said.<\/p>\n<p>The eatery and coffee shop serves Italian and American coffee, tea, sweet and savory Italian pastries, gelato and more.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPalmieri Cafe is an authentic Italian coffee shop,\u201d Palmieri said. \u201cWe also make pastries which go well with coffee and gelato\u2014all authentic Italian\u2014without the use of any preservatives or coloring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Palmerie said he garnered his culinary skills while \u201cmaking things as my grandmother taught me while playing in the kitchen with her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Palmieri immigrated from Galatina, located in the province of Lecce in Italy, to open Palmieri Cafe. He started as a tent vendor at Dallas Farmers Market in 2014 followed by a storefront in 2016. In 2017, he opened Torrefazione Palmieri\u2014a coffee roasting facility operating exclusively for the Palmieri Cafe\u2019s customers\u2014in Dallas.
