She told deputies she was concerned due to the father\u2019s unusual behavior.<\/p>\n<p>When deputies located the vehicle, they attempted a traffic stop. A short pursuit followed, but authorities say it was quickly terminated because the father was driving recklessly with the child inside.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect has been identified, though his name has not yet been released.
