OTO Development is part of The Johnson Group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Hyatt House is a four-story, 141-room extended-stay hotel located in the Harwood District.
