Paul Martinka<\/p>\n<p>The victim was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital in Brooklyn in stable condition.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Photos from the harrowing scene show the area cordoned off as police investigate.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
