Getty Images for Prime Video<\/p>\n<p>The 3,500-square-foot co-op, located at 2 Horatio Street, was assembled over two decades by Cohen, the Bravo star and producer behind \u201cWatch What Happens Live\u201d and \u201cTop Chef.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Designed by architect Gordon Kahn with interiors by Eric Hughes, the home is known for its bold use of color, sweeping views of Manhattan landmarks, and dramatic custom details \u2014 including a sculptural walnut, steel and glass staircase connecting its two levels.<\/p>\n<p>The 3,500-square-foot West Village co-op, which overlooks Jackson Square Park, entered into contract in May after eight months on the market and initially listed for $14 million. Eytan Stern Weber, Evan Joseph Images<\/p>\n<p>Strong, whose musical Chess heads to Broadway this fall, called the duplex \u201cmy dream home,\u201d previously telling The Post, \u201cWe are so excited to be moving there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He and Mehner, new parents to a 7-month-old daughter, had been looking for more space to accommodate their growing family.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by architect Gordon Kahn with interiors by Eric Hughes, the home includes a chef\u2019s kitchen, a nanny\u2019s room, and a glass-and-steel staircase leading to a home office. Eytan Stern Weber, Evan Joseph Images<\/p>\n<p>The purchase also marks a bit of a real estate shuffle.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strong is in contract to sell his current residence at 299 West 12th Street \u2014 the sam Emery Roth-designed building where Cohen just purchased a new penthouse for $18.21 million, The Post reported.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>That unit reportedly features over 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, something Cohen had long been seeking.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOutdoor space was the decision! I always have coveted outdoor space,\u201d Cohen told People. \u201cThere is a dearth of inventory in the West Village with outdoor space, so when I found something that was meaningful enough for me to leave my dream apartment \u2026 that\u2019s what it took.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The residence occupies 3,500 square feet. Eytan Stern Weber, Evan Joseph Images<\/p>\n<p>The sale also marked a professional milestone for real estate broker and former Million Dollar Listing New York star Ryan Serhant, who shared news of the contract on Instagram back in May.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCongrats @bravoandy,\u201d he wrote, adding, \u201cThanks for trusting me and @serhant with your home.\u201d Serhant later told The New York Times, \u201cIt\u2019s one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cohen had initially <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/09\/04\/real-estate\/andy-cohen-wants-14m-for-luxe-nyc-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">listed the property<\/a> for $14 million in September 2024 before <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/02\/13\/real-estate\/andy-cohen-takes-2m-off-the-asking-price-for-his-nyc-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cutting the price<\/a> by $2 million earlier this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The duplex ultimately found a buyer after about eight months on the market.<\/p>\n<p>A living space. Eytan Stern Weber, Evan Joseph Images<\/p>\n<p>Serhant and Donna Strugatz of Serhant represented the listing, while Jonathan Stein of Douglas Elliman represented Strong.<\/p>\n<p>Inside, the home features 4.5 bathrooms, two wood-burning fireplaces, wide-plank oak floors, and 25 windows offering views of Jackson Square Park, the Empire State Building, and the Chrysler Building.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The main suite boasts a custom dressing room, a corner bath with a teak soaking tub, and a marble steam shower.
