The setup is expected to spark isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the afternoon and evening.<\/p>\n<p>While not everyone will see rainfall, storms that do develop could produce locally heavy downpours capable of causing flooding in low-lying or poorly drained areas.<\/p>\n<p>Temperatures will vary widely across the region, with highs in the upper 70s for the northern Hill Country and climbing into the mid-90s farther south.
