Both the B12 and B46 buses got a D on the report. The B43 is one of 13 with an F. The report cited that bus line with an average speed of 6.6 mph. Some commuters said by the time a bus finally arrives, it is usually packed, which delays their travels even more.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t get on no crowded bus.&#8221; said one woman who takes the B12 two to three times a week. &#8220;I do not get on.
