Galaxy S26 Ultra won\u2019t disappoint you by ditching the S Pen<\/p>\n

Ice Universe<\/a> recently posted a picture that reveals and suggests the S Pen won\u2019t be going anywhere in the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Of course, the chances of Samsung bringing back Bluetooth support for the S Pen are slim to none. Still, the good news is that we probably won\u2019t have to give up the S Pen just to see Samsung break new records for thinness. That\u2019s despite Samsung making all three phones thinner.<\/p>\n

This follows an internal source informing us that Samsung plans to trim the thickness across the Galaxy S26 series<\/a>. But the Galaxy S26 Ultra won\u2019t sacrifice the S Pen to achieve that. As a reminder, the Galaxy S26 Pro, S26 Edge, and S26 Ultra will measure 6.7mm, 5.5mm, and 7.8mm, respectively. These figures also line up with other leaks from trusted sources.<\/p>\n

In addition, some earlier reports have suggested that Samsung may have redesigned the S Pen<\/a>, changing how stylus input works on Galaxy devices. The new system reportedly does not require the usual digitizer<\/a>. As you may have guessed, removing this layer might\u2019ve allowed Samsung to make its phones thinner.
