Reservations are available and are prepaid for a $295 tasting menu, which will cover the five classical techniques of Japanese cooking: raw (nama), grilled (yaki), simmered (ni), steamed (mushi), and fried (age).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tribecacitizen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Muku-_-Photo-Credit_-Nobuyuki-Narita.jpg\" data-slb-active=\"1\" data-slb-asset=\"1690875012\" data-slb-internal=\"0\" data-slb-group=\"196539\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-196547\" class=\"wp-image-196547 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Muku-_-Photo-Credit_-Nobuyuki-Narita-420x280.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"280\"   \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-196547\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">All photos by Nobuyuki Narita<\/p>\n<p>Like its predecessor, Muku \u2014 which means purity \u2014 will have 10 seats and the same interior design, including a six-panel screen from the owner\u2019s collection. L\u2019Abeille and its parent company, Kuma Hospitality Group, were co-founded by Tribecan Rahul Saito.<\/p>\n<p>The chef built his career in Tokyo and Taiwan and then moved to New York, where he worked at the Ucho, Odo, and Sushi Ichimura.
