If not, she said, she would be sent to Regina, then on to a facility in Prince Albert.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;For the\u00a0team, secure the royal puppies and the funds, you know who to get ahold of,&#8221; Didulo said as she stood to face the media. She said she will be seeking a jury trial and natural law.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;You know they have no jurisdiction.\u2026 Zero.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH |\u00a0&#8216;Queen of Canada&#8217; gives orders to followers and says she&#8217;s seeking jury trial:<\/strong>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/1757351051_331_default.jpg\"  alt=\"\" class=\"thumbnail\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"video-item-title\"> &#8216;Queen of Canada&#8217; gives orders to followers and says she&#8217;s seeking jury trial<\/p>\n<p>Heading into Swift Current Provincial Court in Saskatchewan Monday morning, Romana Didulo, who calls herself the \u2018Queen of Canada,&#8217; told her followers, who were standing outside in support, to &#8220;secure the royal puppies and the funds,&#8221; and announced she will be seeking a jury trial. She faces two charges after a raid on the cult&#8217;s compound Wednesday and is representing herself.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The 50-year-old cult leader was remanded after she made her first appearance in provincial court on Friday on charges of failing\u00a0to comply with an undertaking and intimidating\u00a0a justice system participant.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">She had been living with members of the cult in a decommissioned school in Richmound, Sask., about 365 kilometres west of Regina, when it was raided by RCMP\u00a0on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ricky Manz, who owns the former school in Richmound, was arrested last week on the same charges and held in custody until his bail hearing, also scheduled for\u00a0Monday.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The condition of the undertaking they are both alleged to have breached is that they were not supposed to contact each other.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The intimidation charge stems from a July investigation in Richmound, RCMP have said.\u00a0Information discussed during court Friday indicated\u00a0the charge is allegedly related to intimidating four people, including a police officer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Didulo and Manz were two of 16 people who were arrested by RCMP following the Wednesday raid. (Adam Bent\/CBC)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Since the cult set up base in Richmound \u2014 a village of about 120 people \u2014 there have been\u00a0complaints from locals, who accuse the group of harassing people and plotting to take over the town.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">RCMP said they raided the cult&#8217;s compound last week after receiving a report that one of its occupants had a firearm. Police said they seized 13 imitation semi-automatic handguns, ammunition and a large number of electronic devices.<\/p>\n<p>Order to vacate building<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The Saskatchewan Health Authority has now deemed the former school unfit for habitation. The health authority posted an\u00a0order to vacate Friday, after it found the building was not connected to a municipal sewage system.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/VaxxersAnti\/status\/1964097879993094588\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">social media post on Friday<\/a>\u00a0included photos of what appeared to be the health authority&#8217;s order posted on fencing around the building.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In an email to CBC on Friday, the Saskatchewan Health Authority confirmed the order, saying it had &#8220;gathered sufficient evidence regarding health concerns and compliance issues\u00a0\u2026\u00a0to determine there is a risk to public health safety,&#8221; and that the building was deemed &#8220;unfit for human occupation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As a result, the health authority issued an\u00a0eviction order for\u00a0anyone still occupying the building, the email said.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">RCMP said at least three other people are expected to be charged in the investigation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>LISTEN |\u00a0&#8216;Queen of Canada&#8217; cult leader arrested:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Front Burner\u2018Queen of Canada\u2019 cult leader arrested<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, 16 people \u2014 including Romana Didulo, the cult leader known as the \u201cQueen of Canada\u201d \u2014 were arrested in the tiny Saskatchewan village of Richmound.
