Jon Capobianco of Douglas Elliman holds the listing, which dubs the home \u201cThe Urban Treehouse.\u201d<\/p>\n
Capobianco told The Post that the family has grown since 2022 and they are seeking a more traditional \u2014 slightly more child-proof \u2014 home.
