Is\u00a0Andrew\u00a0warm? A quilt\u2019s better. This is no Miss Universe Pageant. Nobody\u2019s measuring a contestant\u2019s chest.\u00a0We need a DOER<\/a>. Some worry\u00a0our ex-cop mayor \u2014 whom many love \u2014 has his difficulties<\/a>. And Tweedledee\/Tweedledum \u2014 who never ran anything, never met a commie he didn\u2019t like, hates cops, lives in an apartment meant for the poor,\u00a0thinks\u00a0Bernie Sanders\u2019 spit should be saved<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 is scrambling to run for mayor of the greatest, richest, best, classiest, most famous city on the planet?<\/p>\n It even survived\u00a0de Blasio\u00a0and his wife the cashier. Also, of course, there\u2019s always that red beret who lives in a one-room apartment with 17 cats who do not vote.<\/p>\n Andrew: \u201cNo. 1, we must talk to businesses in this town, make them feel wanted. Business fuels this town. Do something about the affordability issue. Create housing. Hire 5,000 new police officers, put many in the subways \u2014 like back in Mayor Dinkins\u2019 days.<\/p>\n \u201cThe far left\u2019s getting stronger and stronger. My father was no socialist. Kennedy was no socialist.\u00a0Obama\u00a0was no socialist. Defunding police? Abolishing jails? Legalizing prostitution and the drug trade? Socialists make nightmare scenarios.<\/p>\n \u201cThis new guy knows nothing. He doesn\u2019t know from his own throat. How is it possible this could have happened to us.\u201d<\/p>\n Forget trying to nail Andrew. You don\u2019t have to invite him home for chicken soup. Just know that he \u2014 ALONE \u2014 can do the job. Reduce crime, clean away garbage, lessen prices, reopen shops, reduce food costs, move junkies\/bicycles\/scaffolds\/thieves\/killers\/sickos\/construction\/rats\/mice\/roaches, reopen businesses, make tourists feel safe, jail store thieves. Smiling\u2019s maybe not a requirement.<\/p>\n He brought his mom \u2014 who\u2019s in her 90s \u2014 as a date to my home. He said his father \u2014 in the governor\u2019s failing days \u2014 would ask him to come over but \u201cI didn\u2019t have the time to do it.
