On the border of East and West Jerusalem at 10:15 local time (08:15 BST), two suspects pulled up to a bus stop at Remot Junction and opened fire.<\/p>\n

People were seen fleeing and screaming as gunshots rang out, captured on video footage from a dashcam. <\/p>\n

At least six people have been killed in the attack, Israel’s foreign minister told the media, and several are injured, including a pregnant woman. Six of these are severely wounded. <\/p>\n

The attackers were killed by a soldier and a civilian, the Israeli police said.<\/p>\n

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the scene, where buses were visible with bullet holes through their windscreens. <\/p>\n

Police remain on the scene, while further afield, they are joined by soldiers looking for more suspects. <\/p>\n

We still don’t know who is behind the attack – nobody has claimed responsibility. But Netanyahu said that authorities are currently “pursuing and surrounding” the villages where the attackers came from. We do not know which villages.<\/p>\n

We also don’t know the identities of those killed. <\/p>\n

It’s also unclear how many buses were shot at, but at least two had bullet holes in them.<\/p>\n
