Charlie Sheen<\/strong> was in dire need of help during a tumultuous time in his life \u2014 and, according to him, he didn\u2019t get any from Tori Spelling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As Star previously reported<\/a>, the Spin City alum, 60, opened up about his harrowing 1998 near-fatal cocaine overdose in The Life of Sheen: A Memoir<\/a>, explaining that, because it violated terms of his probation from a previous arrest, US Marshalls were heading to his home with a warrant.<\/p>\n

At the time, he recalled, his lawyer encouraged him to relocate for the night while Sheen\u2019s surrender was negotiated.<\/p>\n

Explaining that his friend Kevin lived a few floors above him, Sheen hoped to stay with Kevin and his \u201chigh-profile\u201d roommate, Tori Spelling<\/strong>. However, the former Two and a Half Men actor was informed by a confidant named Zip that he had already asked the pair \u2014 and the answer was no.<\/p>\n

Despite the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 52, feeling \u201cbad,\u201d Sheen writes, Tori \u201cviewed my situation as radioactive and didn\u2019t wanna go anywhere near it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though he understood her stance, Sheen mused that staying there temporarily could have led to quite the story \u201cif the heir to daddy\u2019s throne had said yes.\u201d (Tori is the only daughter of the late Aaron Spelling<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

The next day, Sheen entered a court-ordered treatment in a rehab facility in Marina del Ray, where he toyed with the idea of planning to escape \u2014 until he realized he had nowhere else to run.<\/p>\n
