\u201cWe just took a long, hard look at ourselves and as a front office came up with, \u2018OK, These are some of the things that we need to get done.\u2019 Fortunately, because of all the situations, we had an opportunity to do it. And I think this was a great first step. I think you have to constantly be evolving \u2026 and build a team around what\u2019s happening now and what\u2019s going to happen in the next three to four years.\u201d<\/p>\n

But while Beal marks the next big domino to fall in what\u2019s been a failed Phoenix tenure, Gregory isn\u2019t going to leverage future potential for a short-term fix.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou can\u2019t force stuff. You may want it and you may think it\u2019s the best move, but if it doesn\u2019t give you exactly what you\u2019re looking for, if it puts you in a difficult position down the road, then you got to have some patience, too,\u201d Gregory said. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re going to show that we\u2019re going to be very organized in everything that we do. We\u2019re going to be very intentional in everything that we do because we want to get this thing right.\u201d <\/p>\n
