\n\tHoused within 520 Fifth Avenue\u2014coincidentally, just a short stroll from the Robb Report office\u2014Moss<\/a> will offer an \u201cunmatched blend of hospitality, culture, wellness, and community,\u201d according to press materials. Founded by Colleen and Hailey Brooks, the club is described as a \u201chome away from home\u201d with cozy yet theatrical spaces that capture the Big Apple\u2019s buzz but also provide respite from it.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cWhen conceiving Moss, we imagined an oasis where New Yorkers could exhale before braving the subway or rushing to catch the Metro-North for the long commute home to the Hudson Valley,\u201d the founders said in a statement.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\tThe library bar.<\/p>\n \n\tVicky Charles and her eponymous firm<\/a> spearheaded the interior design of the expansive five-story space. Charles was the design director at Soho House for 20 years and is thus adept at shaping club aesthetics, incorporating eclectic modern decor without sacrificing historic charm.<\/p>\n \n\tMoss will offer 10,000 square feet of dining and social space, as well as 20,000 square feet of wellness space. Entering the private lobby on the ground floor, members can head straight upstairs to the club. Level two is outfitted with three distinct venues\u2014names are yet to be announced\u2014including a restaurant, an expansive corner bar with city views, and a piano lounge for live performance.<\/p>\n \n\tThe third floor, or the \u201cSymposium,\u201d is designed to foster cultural and intellectual exchange, with a podcast recording studio, a vinyl listening lounge, an intimate cocktail bar and lounge, a billiards and games room, and five private dining rooms. Moss will reportedly offer \u201cexceptional food, innovative beverages, and impeccable service\u201d from morning through late night, with a chef and partner to be announced.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\tThe thermal pools.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMoss<\/p>\n \n\tBack downstairs, the two lower levels house Bedrock Aquatics & Athletics. One floor offers high-tech equipment, personalized training, fitness and Pilates studios, a golf simulator, and a full-size Pickleball court; the other features a spa with saunas, a hammam, three thermal pools, massage studios, and steam rooms. Members can also enjoy IV therapy, aesthetic treatments, massages, and the like.
