She has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCmwLRzTDftdlqiPJyIJlP0w\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCmwLRzTDftdlqiPJyIJlP0w\">100,000 subscribers on YouTube<\/a>. In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/CsMquf4dGBA\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/CsMquf4dGBA\">livestream posted by<\/a> Rodriguez and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/crime\/2024\/06\/26\/carolyn-rodriguez-copwatch-fort-worth\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/crime\/2024\/06\/26\/carolyn-rodriguez-copwatch-fort-worth\/\">body camera video released<\/a> by Fort Worth police, Rodriguez can be seen approaching the officers, filming them and questioning them as they worked the investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Krueger asked Rodriguez to move across the street and threatened to arrest her when she refused to leave, the video showed. As Rodriguez questions again why she is being asked to leave, Krueger tells her she is under arrest and to put her hands behind her back.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">As Krueger is placing a hand on her wrist, Rodriguez can be seen taking a step forward. In a video posted after the incident, she could be seen with a black eye, a bloody nose and other cuts around her eye and mouth. She also said in the video she sustained a concussion, dislocated shoulder and elbow and needed to get stitches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Rodriguez was charged with interfering with public duties, making a false alarm or report and resisting arrest. In December, she was found guilty of interfering with public duties but not guilty of making a false alarm or report. The resisting arrest charge was waived. She was sentenced to 30 days in Tarrant County jail and the judge later modified the sentence to give her 15 months probation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Rodriguez\u2019s attorney said she planned to appeal the sentence.
