Credit: Courtesy Photo \/ Giant Noise<\/p>\n<p>Popup Gigi\u2019s Deli has opened its first physical location after a few years of slinging Italian sandwiches at various locations around town.<\/p>\n<p>Gigi\u2019s first permanent deli will be housed inside El Tigre Coffee, located at 123 Heiman at the historic St. Paul Square. Its hours of operation will be Wednesday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Chef Matthew Garcia is behind the deli concept, which is known for serving up inventive and playful sandwiches including the Italian Disco with mortadella, prosciutto, salami and pepper relish. The Uncle Ruben, another crowd fave, features pastrami, Swiss, coleslaw and Russian dressing.
