\n\tJumping up to the top! BTS<\/a>\u2018 music video for \u201cDynamite\u201d has crossed the two-billion views mark on YouTube, making it the first visual by the K-pop superstars to reach the milestone. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe colorful, choreo-heavy video launched Aug. 20, 2020, and shows members RM, V, Suga, Jimin, Jung Kook, Jin and j-hope dancing their way through a bedroom, record store, disco, basketball court and more while singing the upbeat song. The single, which was the group\u2019s first English-language track, debuted at No. 1<\/a> on the Sept. 5, 2020-dated Billboard Hot 100<\/a>. It\u2019s the group\u2019s first song to arrive at the top of the all-genre tally, and remained at the summit for three weeks. \u201cDynamite\u201d also earned a nod for best pop duo\/group performance at the 2021 Grammys, and was certified five-times Platinum by the RIAA in May 2024.<\/p>\n

\n\tBTS now has an impressive eight music videos that have crossed YouTube\u2019s billion-views threshold. In addition to \u201cDynamite,\u201d \u201cBoy With Luv\u201d featuring Halsey boasts 1.8 billion views as of press time, \u201cDNA\u201d has 1.6 billion, Steve Aoki\u2019s \u201cMIC Drop\u201d remix has 1.5 billion, \u201cIdol\u201d and \u201cFake Love\u201d are at 1.3 billion, with \u201cButter\u201d and \u201cBlood Sweat & Tears\u201d both at 1 billion.<\/p>\n

\n\tAll the members of BTS recently finished their mandatory service with the South Korean military. All seven reunited in a video in July to announce their plans for the group\u2019s highly anticipated comeback. Though ARMY had been hoping for new music soon, BTS revealed that an album would not arrive until spring 2026. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cStarting in July, all seven of us will begin working closely together on new music,\u201d the K-pop stars told fans at the time. \u201cSince it will be a group album, it will reflect each member\u2019s thoughts and ideas. We\u2019re approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first started.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBTS also announced that a world tour would follow to support the upcoming album. Said the band: \u201cWe\u2019ll be visiting fans all around the world, so we hope you\u2019re as excited as we are.\u201d<\/p>\n
