{"id":217486,"date":"2025-09-11T06:23:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T06:23:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/217486\/"},"modified":"2025-09-11T06:23:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T06:23:13","slug":"philly-pizzeria-to-be-featured-at-dave-portnoys-one-bite-pizza-festival","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/217486\/","title":{"rendered":"Philly Pizzeria To Be Featured At Dave Portnoy&#8217;s One Bite Pizza Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports, runs a popular pizza review series online called &#8220;One Bite,&#8221; where he scores pies across America on a stringent 1-to-10 scale.<\/p>\n<p>Now, he is featuring more than 40 of his highest-rated pizza parlors in America at an all-you-can-eat pizza festival at Randall&#8217;s Island Park in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>The Philly spot being featured? <a href=\"https:\/\/delrossisrestaurant.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Del Rossi&#8217;s Cheesesteak and Pizza Co.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to the festival website, Del Rossi&#8217;s is &#8220;known for its crispy, bubbly pizzas made with slow-fermented dough and cheesesteaks crafted with homemade rolls and freshly sliced ribeye.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Portnoy reviewed Del Rossi&#8217;s in December 2024, and gave it 8.6 out of 10 points.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s as high as I&#8217;ve given out in a long time,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I mean, I love it. I don&#8217;t know how I haven&#8217;t had this before.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Del Rossi&#8217;s is located at 538 N. Fourth St. in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>Also to be featured at the festival is DeLorenzo&#8217;s Tomato Pies, which has a Yardley location.
