That means autumn is officially nearing, bringing with it some excellent fall festivals that we&#8217;ve been looking forward to for months, especially during those sweltering summer days.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Both the Feast of San Gennaro and Oktoberfest celebrations kick off this week, treating New Yorkers to some of the best eating and drinking all year long. For 11 days, Little Italy\u00a0is transformed into a red, white and green bash with special guests, live music and lots of fun.<\/p>\n<p>When is the Feast of San Gennaro?<\/p>\n<p>September 11-21, 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Activities\u00a0kick off on September 11 with the Blessing of the Stands and continue with daily performances and festival fun. Don&#8217;t miss\u00a0the Grand Procession on September 13 with floats, the statue of San Gennaro,\u00a0Clarity Festival Band,\u00a0The Giglio Band and\u00a0The Italian Fairy. A\u00a0Solemn High Mass celebrating the patron Saint of Naples will be held on September 19. This annual autumnal festival\u00a0begins in September and runs through October.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Where is Oktoberfest?<\/p>\n<p>Celebrations are being held across the five boroughs. This year\u2019s events include\u00a0weeks-long waterside parties, brewery bashes and boozy feasts\u2014all with plenty of German (and local!) beer.
