Tia\u2019s Taco Hut is on the expansion path once again. <\/p>\n

The San Antonio-based Tex-Mex chain will soon start work a 15th location, this one in the Northeastern suburb of Windcrest, according to state regulatory filings. <\/p>\n

Tia\u2019s will open the new restaurant at 6032 Montgomery Drive near the neighborhood\u2019s H-E-B grocery and Brook Falls Park, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records show. <\/p>\n

The company will spend $130,000 finishing out the space, and completion is slated for Oct. 31, according to state documents. <\/p>\n

Founded by restaurateurs Benny and Lisa Costello, Tia\u2019s has expanded rapidly across the San Antonio area, including one New Braunfels store. Its website lists 13 currently operating restaurants along with a unit at 3643 Evans, #101, Evans Road that\u2019s \u201ccoming soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tia\u2019s restaurants serve up affordable Tex-Mex standards for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including not just tacos but enchiladas, fajita plates, nachos, tortas and more. The menu also includes a few burgers and sandwiches. <\/p>\n
