\n\tParamount<\/a> has taken down \u2014 sort of \u2014 a recent episode of South Park<\/a> that mocked Charlie Kirk<\/a> in the aftermath of the MAGA activist\u2019s assassination<\/a> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhile the \u201cGot a Nut\u201d episode <\/a>is still available on Paramount+, it no longer can be seen in the swath of South Park reruns on Comedy Central<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs the manhunt for 31-year-old Kirk\u2019s killer continues, despite FBI<\/a> Director Kash Patel<\/a> at one point Wednesday saying online that a \u201csubject\u201d was in custody and then released,<\/a> some MAGA<\/a> supporters have pointed a partial finger at South Park for the tragic shooting. Paramount had no comment on the episode being pulled, but sources close to the situation say it likely is \u201conly temporary\u201d until the political temperature comes down.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe show, the second episode of the Trey Parker-Matt Stone satire\u2019s current 27th Season, was removed from being shown on the cable channel in the hours following the fatal shooting of Kirk at Utah Valley University on September 10. Originally airing on August 6, \u201cGot a Nut,\u201d which parodied Kirk\u2019s \u201cProve Me Wrong\u201d debate approach as well as ICE\u2019s masked raids and Vice President JD Vance<\/a>\u2018s relationship with President Donald Trump<\/a>, was replaced with the season-opening \u201cSermon on the Mount.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOf note, when \u201cGot a Nut\u201d premiered early last month, Kirk told Fox News on August 7 the episode was a \u201cbadge of honor.\u201d That was a very similar reaction to Vance, who said \u201cI finally made it\u201d<\/a> after he was slammed as leering sycophant to wannabe-dictator Trump. Unlike Vance, Kirk even changed his profile pic briefly on his much-watched YouTube<\/a> page to that of South Park\u2018s Eric Cartman as an homage. Kirk also gave South Park a shout-out on X on August 6 with a \u201cNot bad, Cartman.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tMost of \u201cGot a Nut\u201d deals with fired South Park counselor Mr. Mackey joining ICE to make his monthly bills after talking to his bank manager and a student Clyde Donovan adopting the role of a provocative right-wing podcaster to make a few bucks. As South Park\u2019s Cartman and Donovan fight it out for who truly is the real podcasting deal, the latter receives the \u201cCharlie Kirk Award for Young Masterdebaters.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tSouth Park returns with a new episode on September 23 on Comedy Central, and then Paramount+ the next day.<\/p>\n
