{"id":220739,"date":"2025-09-12T11:26:17","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T11:26:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/220739\/"},"modified":"2025-09-12T11:26:17","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T11:26:17","slug":"the-latest-on-seattle-inflation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/220739\/","title":{"rendered":"The latest on Seattle inflation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Inflation rose 2.8% in the greater Seattle area over the past year, ticking up 0.2% just in the past two months.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, which released its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls.gov\/regions\/west\/news-release\/consumerpriceindex_seattle.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Consumer Price Index<\/a> for August.<\/p>\n<p>Energy prices were a major factor.
