On Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, Azumi Houston<\/a> brings its Bluefin Tuna Carving Experience to River Oaks District.<\/p>\n

The cocktail-style evening will showcase the artistry of Japanese cuisine with the carving of an entire bluefin tuna. Guests will be able to sample the freshest cuts at interactive stations featuring sashimi, hand rolls, nigiri, maki, and temaki.<\/p>\n

The experience also includes premium sake pairings, lychee martinis, and a raw bar, along with a decadent dessert station to close out the night.<\/p>\n

The event takes place from 6\u20138 p.m. at Azumi Houston, located at 4444 Westheimer Road.<\/p>\n
