The actress kept a low profile during her Disneyland trip on Sept. 5, wearing a black baseball cap and a pair of sunglasses.<\/p>\n
The Oscar winner, 50, rocked a white T-shirt, jeans and Adidas sneakers for last Friday\u2019s theme park outing.<\/p>\n
