First indications are beginning to emerge of how Thomas Frank could deploy deadline day signing Randal Kolo Muani at Tottenham this season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tottenham Hotspur\u2019s<\/a> attacking options have been significantly boosted this summer, with the club moving to strengthen the forward line, adding real depth to their squad.<\/p>\n

Despite strong links to a move away, Richarlison ultimately remained in north London<\/a>, while Tottenham pushed through a deal to make Mathys Tel\u2019s loan switch permanent.<\/p>\n

On deadline day, Spurs were still active and secured the late signing of Randal Kolo Muani on loan<\/a>, a move that added yet another dimension to Frank\u2019s attack.<\/p>\n

Randal Kolo Muani is yet to make his debut for Tottenham, but TBR Football<\/a> have already shed light on how Thomas Frank<\/a> intends to use the forward this season.<\/p>\n

According to the outlet, the French international is set to operate in a variety of attacking roles, with Frank not restricting him to a fixed position. <\/p>\n

Kolo Muani has demonstrated throughout his career that he can play across the front line, and it appears that Frank will continue to utilise his versatility, keeping him available as an option both centrally and out wide.<\/p>\n

Journalist Graeme Bailey, speaking to the publication, revealed that Frank has kept an open mind about the player\u2019s exact role while highlighting the mix-and-match options Tottenham now have in attack. <\/p>\n

He said: \u201cI am told that he arrived with Frank fairly open-minded. I think he likes the fact that Richarlison, Johnson, Kolo Muani, even Tel, can mix and match, so you could see Richarlison and Kolo Muani out wide, with Johnson centrally \u2013 for sure. I personally believe we see Kolo Muani playing multiple roles.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kolo Muani faces tough competition in Tottenham squad<\/p>\n

Of course, Kolo Muani<\/a> will not walk into Thomas Frank\u2019s<\/a> starting eleven without a fight, as competition for places runs deep across the forward line.<\/p>\n

At centre-forward, he will find himself battling with Richarlison<\/a>, who has already made a strong start to the campaign, as well as Dominic Solanke<\/a>, who will also be pushing for minutes in that role.<\/p>\n

Out wide, Brennan Johnson and Mathys Tel are both strong candidates on the left, while Mohammed Kudus and Wilson Odobert are contesting the right wing.<\/p>\n

The fact that Kolo Muani has been included in Frank\u2019s Champions League squad<\/a>, while Mathys Tel has been left out, does, however, hint that the French international may be slightly ahead in the pecking order as he looks to prove his worth in north London.<\/p>\n
