Davis (Hell&#8217;s Kitchen,\u00a0Gypsy), yannick-robin eike (Mr. Holland&#8217;s Opus), and Samuel Langshteyn (Deaf Broadway&#8217;s\u00a0Rent).<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s lab, moderated by <a data-crosslink=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/jeff-calhoun-vault-0000004580\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jeff Calhoun<\/a> (Newsies), is supporting a large group of artists across discplines, and includes those\u00a0who are Deaf, hearing, and disabled.\u00a0The song cycle has been adapted from <a data-crosslink=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/sarah-ruhl-vault-0000027664\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sarah Ruhl<\/a>&#8216;s 44 Poems for You, and features concepts and music by Jay Alan Zimmerman and words from Ruhl&#8217;s work.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Evan T. Cummings is directing the September 18\u00a0event, and Garrett Zuercher is director of artistic sign language. Projection design will be by Katy S. Tucker, with <a data-crosslink=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/playbill.com\/person\/amanda-darchangelis\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Amanda D&#8217;Archangelis<\/a> as sound engineer and Emily Garcia as assistant director.
