Want a quick calorie target?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what he shared: \u201cBodyweight (pounds) \u00d7 12 = Cutting calories. Or use this simplified formula: Mifflin-St Jeor (Men). (10 \u00d7 weight in kg) + (6.25 \u00d7 height in cm) \u2013 (5 \u00d7 age in years) + 5 = BMR. Multiply BMR by 1.2\u20131.5, depending on your activity level, for total calories. Then subtract 300\u2013500 for a fat loss deficit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 3. &#8216;I cut all processed foods&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Nick said, \u201cThey\u2019re full of sodium, additives, and make you bloated. If you want to look shredded, dropping sodium is the top priority.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> 4. &#8216;I increase low-intensity cardio&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cMore walks. More sweat. More water flushed.
