{"id":223910,"date":"2025-09-13T15:44:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-13T15:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/223910\/"},"modified":"2025-09-13T15:44:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-13T15:44:13","slug":"driver-fails-to-yield-to-electric-bicyclist-before-crash-allegedly-flees-in-hit-and-run-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/223910\/","title":{"rendered":"Driver fails to yield to electric bicyclist before crash, allegedly flees in hit-and-run"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN ANTONIO &#8211; Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver after a collision involving an electric bicycle.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, around 8:05 p.m. on Friday, a cyclist was riding an electric bicycle along Corinne Drive, near the corner with Sabyan Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Upon reaching the corner with Sabyan Drive, an unknown sedan allegedly turned left onto eastbound Sabyan without yielding to the cyclist.<\/p>\n<p>The cyclist then collided with the unknown sedan and sustained minor injuries. <\/p>\n<p>Police say the driver of the sedan failed to stop and render aid to the victim, instead fleeing the scene. <\/p>\n<p>When found, the driver of the sedan will be charged with Collision Involving Injury.
