Charlie Kirk\u2019s alleged assassin Tyler Robinson<\/a>\u00a0was a quiet, but easygoing teen who gave no hint of violence during his high school years, former teachers told The Post.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Robinson, 22, got his hands dirty with his fellow classmates as a member of the auto mechanics club, Pine View High School yearbook photographs from the accused killer\u2019s junior year show.<\/p>\n

Robinson smiled in his portrait, flashing his teeth at the camera and appearing kempt in a plain blue T-shirt.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was an extremely smart individual and a very good student,\u201d\u00a0teacher\u00a0Rich Hentosh said Saturday,\u00a0adding\u00a0Robinson\u00a0\u201calways made up his work and was very effective at his time management.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robinson\u00a0elected to take the semester-long Basic Auto Class, an introductory-level technical class that taught students how to repair broken vehicles.<\/p>\n

He\u00a0was an average kid, said Hentosh, who\u00a0emphasized the alleged future killer never showed any violent tendencies.<\/p>\n

The class typically involved two students pairing up for each project, and Hentosh couldn\u2019t recall Robinson ever struggling with other classmates.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe kept to himself. Very pleasant, very respectful.\u201d<\/p>\n

The educator was \u201cabsolutely\u201d shocked to learn\u00a0Robinson\u00a0was a suspect in\u00a0Kirk\u2019s murder.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s very difficult, we all like to believe that we have an impact on these kids,\u201d\u00a0he said, adding, \u201cI think we\u2019re all stunned here in Utah.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt doesn\u2019t make a lot of sense. Kids change,\u201d he said, \u201cand you gotta wonder how that happened.\u201d<\/p>\n

Former classmates described Robinson as a regular student<\/a> who had made friends and mainly hung out with kids in the school band. <\/p>\n

Robinson appeared to be well-adjusted at the time \u2014 he scored in the top percentile on his college entrance exam and committed to Utah State University in Logan after winning a four-year scholarship.<\/p>\n

But Robinson only stuck to Utah State for one semester before he dropped out and enrolled in Dixie Technical College, part of Utah\u2019s public university system, as part of the electrical apprenticeship program.<\/p>\n

He was in his third year when prosecutors say he climbed onto the roof of a Utah Valley University building this week and fired a fatal shot at Charlie Kirk from about 200 yards away. <\/a><\/p>\n

Robinson was on the loose for more than a day before his father, with the help of a local pastor, turned him in to the police.<\/p>\n

Investigators have not released a clear motive for the slaughter, but Robinson\u2019s social media indicates he harbored vitriol toward the conservative pundit, often accusing him of being \u201cfull of hate.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bullets recovered from the assassination had etchings on them, including, \u201cIf you read this, you are gay LMAO\u201d \u2014 and \u201cHey fascist! Catch!\u201d aimed at the conservative debater.<\/p>\n

Robinson had even allegedly mentioned Kirk\u2019s scheduled appearance at Utah Valley University<\/a> to family members before the assassination, according to Utah Gov. Spencer Cox.<\/p>\n
