{"id":225462,"date":"2025-09-14T06:10:58","date_gmt":"2025-09-14T06:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/225462\/"},"modified":"2025-09-14T06:10:58","modified_gmt":"2025-09-14T06:10:58","slug":"nj-nurse-suspended-without-pay-for-calling-out-doctor-who-cheered-charlie-kirks-death-suit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/225462\/","title":{"rendered":"NJ nurse suspended without pay for calling out doctor who &#8216;cheered&#8217; Charlie Kirk&#8217;s death: suit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A New Jersey surgeon allegedly \u201ccheered\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/09\/12\/us-news\/we-have-him-trump-says-suspect-in-custody-for-charlie-kirk-assassination\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the assassination of conservative pundit Charlie Kirk<\/a> \u2014 and a nurse who spoke out against the vile act claims she\u2019s been suspended for her objections.<\/p>\n<p>Lexi Kuenzle, a nurse at Englewood Health, filed a lawsuit Friday in Bergen County Superior County Court against the hospital, Dr. Matthew Jung and others claiming she was wrongly fired for calling out the doctor\u2019s vile act on her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lexiknzl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">personal Instagram account<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Kuenzle]\u00a0had the audacity to question how Dr. Jung can comply with the Hippocratic Oath\u2019s and the American Medical Association\u2019s Code of Medical Ethics while celebrating the murder of a non-violent Christian speaker who was on a college campus,\u201d\u00a0the suit says.<\/p>\n<p>Lexi Kuenzle, a nurse at Englewood Health claimed she was suspended without pay and told to find another job after complaining to hospital brass that one of its doctors \u201ccheered\u201d Charlie Kirk\u2019s assassination. instagram\/lexiknzl<\/p>\n<p>Kuenzle was in front of a nurse\u2019s station with eight other nurses, and a patient in a stretcher, when the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/video\/sickening-footage-shows-charlie-kirk-being-rushed-away-after-being-shot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news of Kirk\u2019s death broke<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, my God! That\u2019s terrible! I love him!\u201d Kuenzle said, before Jung shot back.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cI hate Charlie Kirk. He had it coming. He deserved it,\u201d the bariatric surgeon allegedly said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re a doctor. Linkedin\/Lexi Kuenzle<\/p>\n<p>Kuenzle is seeking unspecified damages.<\/p>\n<p>GOP activist Scott Presler called the nurse one of \u201cCharlie\u2019s Angels\u201d and questioned on social media whether Jung has the ability to treat patients who disagree with his politics.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWould he treat them differently?
