Ch\u00e1vez Boulevard and South Santa Rosa Avenue, has closed as of Friday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The restaurant posted a sign on its door stating its last day of business at that location would be Sept. 12.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cWe are so grateful for your loyal support and patronage over the years,\u201d the sign read.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The sign encouraged customers to visit the Bill Miller location on 1030 East C\u00e9sar E. Ch\u00e1vez Boulevard, near the Alamodome.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing said a new two-story building to house the company\u2019s new headquarters would be completed in September 2025.
