Liverpool head to Burnley<\/a> for their fourth Premier League<\/a> match of the season, with just one member of the senior squad injured.<\/b><\/p>\n

With a long season ahead, in which Liverpool will hope to challenge on all four fronts, it can only be a positive for Arne Slot<\/a> to have such a healthy-looking side at this early stage of the campaign.<\/p>\n

Of Liverpool\u2019s senior players, only Curtis Jones<\/a> will miss out against Burnley<\/a>, with Dominik Szoboszlai<\/a>, Ryan Gravenberch<\/a>, Alexis Mac Allister<\/a>, Florian Wirtz<\/a> and Wataru Endo<\/a> providing Slot\u2019s other options in midfield.<\/p>\n

Here is who will and won\u2019t miss out for Liverpool vs. Burnley<\/a> and Slot\u2019s updates:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As mentioned, Jones<\/strong> is the key name who won\u2019t be involved at Turf Moor. <\/p>\n

On Friday, Slot explained<\/a>: \u201cJones of course, I don\u2019t know if you knew, got injured in the last game. So he will not be available for the game against Burnley<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stefan Bajcetic<\/a><\/strong> is the only other absentee. <\/p>\n

Having undergone hamstring surgery at the end of May, he has used the summer to recover and is now training outdoors at the AXA Training Centre. <\/p>\n

The 20-year-old hasn\u2019t yet begun full team training, however, but could play for Rob Page\u2019s under-21s in the coming weeks as he regains match fitness.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think the rest of them came back without a problem, and that\u2019s not always the situation,\u201d Slot continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cEspecially at the beginning of the season where everybody comes from a different background, going to the national team, where they then all of a sudden have to play two games in four or five days, which is always the biggest risk.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn October, November and March they are much more used to that programme.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo we are happy that they are fit, and again, compliment not only to the Swedish manager [for resting Alexander Isak<\/a>] but also the others, because a few others like Ryan Gravenberch<\/a> only started one game and not both of them.\u201d<\/p>\n

While they aren\u2019t injured, Isak, Jeremie Frimpong<\/a> and Alexis Mac Allister<\/a> are the only others who might not be ready to start.<\/p>\n

Liverpool\u2019s new No. 9 has played just 22 minutes of gametime since the end of last season, due to his refusal to take part in Newcastle<\/a>\u2018s pre-season.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Mac Allister has had one of his usual taxing trips to Argentina, where he played 90 minutes on Wednesday morning and reportedly<\/a> looked tired for Lionel Scaloni\u2019s side.<\/p>\n

Frimpong could play for the first time since injuring his hamstring on the first night of the Premier League<\/a> season, but Slot may deem Conor Bradley<\/a> more match fit than the Dutchman.<\/p>\n
