JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 A 14-year-old boy is accused of murder after police say he gunned down another teen in Jacksonville.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, District 4 patrol officers with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) say they responded to an apartment complex on Labelle Street for reports of a shooting.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival, deputies say they found 18-year-old Marlon Lane with multiple gunshot wounds. They rushed Lane to the hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries.<\/p>\n
