The country superstar, 32, and the Outer Banks<\/a> heartthrob, also 32, pulled the plug on their nearly three-year romance on Sunday \u2014 ending a relationship that once had fans buzzing as one of Hollywood\u2019s most unlikely pairings.<\/a><\/p>\n

Just two days earlier, Stokes was busy showering Ballerini with affection online.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For her 32nd birthday, he shared a carousel of loved-up snaps and gushed, ‘Although you keep saying you\u2019re not excited for 32, id say I\u2019m lookin forward to more of this. happy birthday my love.’<\/p>\n

By Sunday, the celebration had turned into heartbreak.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In November 2024, Ballerini gushed about how much she appreciates Stokes’ pride in their relationship.<\/p>\n

The beauty reminisced about how the actor made their romance Instagram official back in January 2023 \u2014 before they had even discussed whether they were ‘together.’<\/p>\n

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight <\/a>during a game of Sip or Spill, she said, ‘I think it is very underrated for a man to be really proud of his relationship.’<\/p>\n
