Photos taken at a Porepunkah property where it’s alleged Dezi Freeman shot and killed two Victoria Police officers have revealed the living conditions of the fugitive.<\/p>\n
Mr Freeman remains on the run since the shooting on August 26 at a property in Victoria’s north-east.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There have been no confirmed sightings since then, with police alleging Mr Freeman left the property on foot carrying multiple weapons.<\/p>\n
The ABC understands the photos were taken in recent days by someone with permission to be on the property.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The property, on Rayner Track, is to the west of the town of Porepunkah.<\/p>\n
Plates, utensils and hundreds of other items are heaped in piles inside and outside of a makeshift shelter.<\/p>\n
Marquees are stretched over an old campervan and a shipping container, with debris littering the floor.<\/p>\n

The ABC understands Mr Freeman was living in the bus on the property at the time of the shooting.<\/p>\n
Videos of the scene show photos of children and family stuck to one wall, an acoustic guitar and clothes hanging off others.<\/p>\n

Last week, Detective Superintendent Jason Kelly said the property was no longer considered a crime scene.<\/p>\n
“That property has been searched by Victoria Police a number of times,” he said.<\/p>\n
“We’ll work with owners in relation to steps going forward to the return of that property, at the appropriate time.”<\/p>\n

In some of the photos, a Honda CR-V can be seen with its windows smashed in.<\/p>\n
It is unknown whether the damage and disorder around the property was in place before the shooting, or if it resulted from the multiple police searches.<\/p>\n

Police believe Dezi Freeman’s family was on the property at the time of the shooting.<\/p>\n
A $1 million reward has been offered for information leading to Mr Freeman’s arrest.<\/p>\n
