\nNo. 25 spot is a popular spot for North Carolina in the preseason college basketball rankings. Last week we cited ESPN’s Jeff Borzello and the Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook, who both placed UNC at No. 25 in their projections. Now we can add CBS Sports’ Gary Parrish to the group. He also gives the Tar Heels the same spot in the pecking order.
