But you don\u2019t have to pay for every lesson yourself. You can learn from others who are willing to share their journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Varghese offers practical strategies to help attorneys build more efficient practices, leverage technology to enhance client experiences, and navigate the evolving legal landscape.<\/p>\n<p>The book details the founding and growth of Varghese Summersett, a personal injury, criminal defense, and family law firm with offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, Southlake, and Houston. In parallel, it outlines Varghese\u2019s creation of Lawft, a law practice management platform he developed with his wife and law partner, Anna Summersett, after he couldn\u2019t find a system that met his needs.<\/p>\n<p>The couple unveiled Lawft at the 2025 ABA TechShow, winning second place for emerging technologies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI spent years searching for a law practice management platform that could provide everything I needed to scale,\u201d he said. \u201cWhat I discovered is that it didn\u2019t exist.
