Nova Sports Arena Mansfield LLC leased 13,600 sf at 12544 E. FM 917, a three-building industrial project owned by Richard and Kathy Suess, who were represented by Todd Lambeth, executive vice president and managing partner, and Cade Navarro, broker associate, in Bradford\u2019s Fort Worth office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo the region\u2019s credit, industrial leasing activity and absorption have remained strong with rental rate growth still around 3%, which is expected to continue into 2026. The market remains resilient despite challenges of a high vacancy rate and trade uncertainties,\u201d says Michael W.
